Got A Secret?

As the party died down, Emma and Margaret delved deeper into the candy bowl that was mostly full of butterfingers at this point. Red cups and wrappers littered Margaret’s lush beige couch as the last two of the party-goers waved goodbye to the girls and headed out the door.
“Wanna watch a movie? I think the Halloween marathon is still on,” said Margaret.
“I have something even better,” said Emma, she jumped up excitedly and ran to the other side of the room.
“Hmm? Please, dear lord tell me it’s not more Hocus Pocus,” said Margaret. “That movie has been on all day. I can’t handle you squealing ‘sistahs!’ anymore.”
“No, no. Better,” said Emma pulling out a large black box from her bag.
“Is that a?”
“Ouija!” Emma made a grand gesture opening the board up out of its case.
“No absolutely not, Emma. I won’t”
“Oh come on, miss tough pants. You can watch thirteen hours of Halloween movies, but you can’t play the Ouija board?”
“Nope. I won’t. I shant. I can’t. You cannot make me,” said Margaret crossing her arms.
“If you don’t, I’ll call Andrew and let him know who scratched his car last week in the parking lot.” Emma reached back into her bag and pulled out a phone.
Margaret glared back at Emma for a minute and then sighed, “Fine, but nothings probably even going to happen.”
“Oh contraire! Tonight is Halloween.  The night souls are free to roam the earth. There’s like a nine-hundred percent chance that this will work.”
“Nice science, Emma. Very professional, but I don’t believe in ghosts,” said Margaret.
“Not at all? Not even good ghosts?” said Emma.
“Nope. If I did, I would talk to my mom all the time.” Margaret dropped her gaze and started fidgeting with her knit blanket.
“Oh, crap. I’m sorry, Margaret. I totally spaced. We do not have to do this. I’m being stupid.”
“It’s okay. I was only twelve. We can play, I don’t care.”
“Are you sure?”
“Yes.”
“Okay, let’s get started then,” said Emma. She sat with a thud on the living room floor and started placing the board right in front of her then motioned to Margaret to sit.
Margaret wrapped the blanket around her shoulders and sat cross legged on the other side of the board. “Let’s get started.”
“Just put two fingers on the doo dad,” said Emma.
“Doo dad?” Margaret laughed, “Ah, yes. The doo dad that spirits use to push over the thingy ma-bob”
“Stop! You’ll scare them all away! They don’t like to be disrespected, you know,” said Emma seriously. “Just call it the Eye.”
Margaret rolled her eyes and plopped her two fingers on the Eye and looked to Emma for her next directions.
“Now we wait,” said Emma.
The two sat staring at the board intently, every so often glancing up at each other. Emma closed her eyes and began breathing very deeply as if meditating.
“Maybe if we call out to a spirit,” Emma suggested.
“Sure.”
“Okay… Uhm, is anyone here with us?”
They waited.
“Is there a spirit in this house?”
They waited.
“If there’s a spirit in this house, can you tell us your name?”
They waited. Then the Eye began to move.
“Are you doing that,” said Emma with eyes wide.
“No, Emma. You aren’t fooling me.”
The Eye stopped over an E. Then an S
“E, S… I’m not faking. I’m a sincere person. I don’t pretend things. This is you or it’s real,” said Emma.
The Eye stopped over a T. Then an H. Then an E.
“T, H, E…”
“Emma, that’s not funny,” said Margaret pulling her hand away as it landed on an R and stopped.
“R. E-S-T-H-E-R. Esther?”
“Don’t pretend,” said Margaret hastily.
“I- what? Who’s Esther?”
“You swear you don’t know? You swear you’re not trying to mess with me?”
“Margaret, of course. What is it?”
“Esther was my mom.”
“No, shit,” said Emma horrified. “Do you… think she’s trying to communicate with us?”
“I don’t care. I’m done.” Margaret pulled her knit blanket tighter and scooted away from the board.
“Margaret, she’s trying to talk to you! You have to answer her,” said Emma.
“No.”
The Eye began to move. The girls looked at each other with horror, frozen in place. Both of their hands placed at their sides away from the moving Eye. They watched as it glided along the board.
The Eye stopped at H. Then E. Then L. Then P.
“Oh my god,” said Emma barely louder than a whisper. She looked up to see Margaret staring at the board angrily. “Why would she want help?”
Margaret was silent.
“Margaret, how did she pass?” Emma’s face was full of fear and concern.
“Poison,” Margaret whispered.
“Who did it?”
Margaret looked up from the Eye expressionless, “we don’t know.” There were red splotches all across Margaret’s neck as her eyes began to well up.
The Eye began to move.
Margaret lunged forward and tried to grab the Eye off the board but it wouldn’t budge.
“What are you doing? This is real, Margaret! You can finally know,” Emma grabbed Margaret’s wrists and pulled her nearer. “Let her tell you!”
The Eye began to move and Emma kept Margaret’s wrists in her hands and they both watched shaking.
The Eye stopped at M. Then A. Then R. Then G.
“Emma,” Margaret jerked her wrists out of Emma’s hands and stood up.
The Eye stopped at A. Then R.
“What the hell? What are you doing?”
The Eye stopped at E. Then landed on T and went still.
Emma picked up the Eye with shaking hands, “Margaret?” She turned to face her.
Margaret stood at the doorway with her hands behind her back.
“Margaret… Did you?”
“Yes.”
“Oh my god,” Emma began to cry. “Why? Margaret.”
“You found out one secret too many. I can’t let you know the rest,” she said stretching out her arms in front of her with a long thick kitchen knife in both hands.
“Margaret!” Emma scrambled to her feet.

“I’m sorry,” said Margaret as she lunged toward her friend.

Recovering from Horror Movies

As Halloween approaches, you may be feeling the urge to binge on scary movies.  Netflix has all the original Scream movies, Halloween is playing on every channel, and ABC Family is having the 13 Nights of Halloween so why not spook yourself out while you can. The only problem with spending 6 hours on your couch with your eyes glued on the screen is the aftermath of watching a scary movie.

I’ll tell you a story about the time I was watching Scream 4 with my sister and we both heard a noise outside the house. It was truthfully quite a suspicious noise so we called the police.  Now most people aren’t as spastic as my sister and I, but I would be willing to bet that horror movies make us all a little jumpier and unwilling to shut the lights off.

I am not here to tell you to quit watching slasher movies so you don’t have to sleep with a knife at your bedside. Quite the opposite, really. Here are some tips and tricks to help you cope with the effect of horror movies so you can have peaceful dreams.

Sing loudly. Right after you finish your movie marathon and you turn the TV off there’s always that air of fear that something will come popping out to scare you. Fill that silence with loud, awful, hilariously treacherous singing. If someone were to be hiding, that ought to make them want to leave ASAP!

Watch a Christmas Movie. You know, the most wonderful time of the year? Christmas is the exact opposite of Halloween and so are their movies. After watching Halloween 6, I put on Christmas with the Kranks. Then and only then was I brave enough to venture into the kitchen without fear of a masked murderer lurking around the corner.

Chocolate and tea. Not only does chocolate get rid of dementors in Harry Potter, it gets rid of the heebie jeebies.  Let’s be honest, chocolate cures everything. Tea also cures everything especially Chamomile. It has a Xanax-like effect on the body that will just chill you right out. Was that a bump you just heard upstairs? Eh, so be it.

Go Watch THIS. Don’t even question it. Click the link.

Check the Entire House. Grab a weapon (a heavy book will do) and check your whole house for murderers. Once you can confidently determine that no one is in the house all you have to worry about is stalkers outside of your house. Which reminds me… Lock the doors!

Snuggle Animals. Cats, dogs, fish, stuffed. Any pet will do. It’s scientifically proven (using the Julia-Tested methods) that pet snuggles from any type of animal will help you feel better. Plus animals can sense bad things happening. If your dog isn’t barking at the corner, then you’re probably safe from demonic attacks.

Do NOT Take a Shower. Are you crazy? Do you want to be stabbed? I don’t care if you checked that the coast is clear. Shower killings are the RULE not the exception. You might as well peak your head out the door and say “hello?” when you hear a noise. Go back to snuggling puppies; you’re not ready for hygiene yet.
Okay that last one was a little irrelevant and silly, but the rest are serious. So go ahead and enjoy your gore and haunting films!

DIY Creepy Sock Doll

This is a DIY I am very excited about because it is something you can most likely do without having to buy anything and you can make it as uniquely as you want. It's a great activity for the fall if you want to stay inside and enjoy scary movies while getting creative. You can use this little dude or dudette as a Halloween decoration or even a gift!

The things that I used for my sock doll include:
-socks
-thick tights
-ribbon
-buttons
-thread
-lace

I basically just emptied out my craft box of all its contents. You can use any sort of material you please.

At first I wasn't sure if this was going to be a sock doll or a foot-of-tights doll. I ended up using the tights because I felt like it.

I used the sock and the rest of the tights as stuffing because I didn't have stuffing and I really wanted this to be a DIY that you could do with the things you have at home.

I twisted the top over to close off the "sock" doll and it turned out looking like a really cute hat.

To seal off the top I sewed on barely visible white lace.

For the eyes, I wanted it to look creepy and uneven. I think mismatched colors make these little dudes look even creepier.

I used gray parts of the socks to make little feet and arms for my doll and I liked that the ends looked a little bit frayed. It makes the doll look like it has aged. Like perhaps it has been sitting on a shelf for a couple decades unfurling at the seems.

I made a weird looking little outfit for the doll and hemmed the bottom with orange thread.

The mouth of this doll is my favorite part because it's so expressionless and uneven.

Here's my finished doll in all of its glory.

If you choose to do this DIY (and I hope that this has inspired you to do so) use absolutely anything you want. Old clothes and loose buttons, really anything you can find. Be resourceful and creative and have fun!

Quick/Fun Halloween Costumes (Part Two)

Last year I posted Fun/ Easy Last Minute Halloween Costumes and I had so much fun with it then that I decided to add just a couple more. These ones are things you can put together in less than five minutes.

Here we go!

Cara Delevingne.

Since starring in Paper Towns, Pan, and Suicide Squad she's on her way to becoming a household name. Becoming Cara is simple. One word: Eyebrows. Maybe a tattoo or two, but mainly the eyebrows. You can wear pretty much anything that you'd like, so it's fun for people who refuse to actually dress up.

Juno MacGuff.

I apologize for my god-awful photo, but I'm technically ill-equipped.
Here's a little trivia about Juno: When I was fourteen, this was my favorite movie. The characters are awesome, the plot is original, and its aesthetically very well shot. So when I was asked at swim practice who I was going as for our holiday party, I said Juno. I was immediately shot down because it was inappropriate to be fake-pregnant. I opted out of dressing up for the party and instead went trick or treating and got extra candy because people thought I was just actually pregnant and they felt bad for me. But moral of the story is that I had a bloody good time being Juno because I got to spout off her awesome one-liners all night and so can you! (That jug has a fake Sunny D wrapper... I tried, ok?)

Rachel Green from Friends.

Really, you can pick any of the six and make it work, but I picked Rachel because wardrobe-wise, she's my favorite. I also sort of unintentionally have The Rachel haircut. This would be so great in a group of people!

Cat.

I used cat as a costume last year, but I wasn't really fair because I have a Big Bang Theory Soft Kitty Footie Pajamas (so many capital letters!). So this year I made a tiny DIY headband that only consists of paper, tape (or glue), and a headband (duh). Also perfect for people who don't want to wear a costume.

As usual, thanks for reading! Be sure to come back every day until the 31st for more Halloween related blogs!

SO NO ONE TOLD YOU LIFE WAS GONNA BE THIS WAY...

Unique Halloween Decor

Initially when I was planning what to do for this year's Halloweek, I had the intention of going to a thrift store and getting things to make an Alice in Wonderland costume, but my mission was thwarted by Saver's (a quite large thrift store) really awesome collection of knick knacks. I absolutely love having knick knacks. In fact I built a shelf in my tiny, tiny room just for my little guys. When I was walking through the aisles at Saver's, I was thinking about how these non-Halloween decorations could easily be passed off as made for the holiday.

This golden candle stick reminded me of something you would find in a movie where members of the occult are summoning the devil.
Dolls are just always creepy. This one in particular caught my eye because she reminded me of the kind of ghost you see in Insidious.
The hand on the right is slightly purple which to me makes it look like a zombie hand, and with the little flower in its hand makes it look even more like it just broke free from the dirt.

I highly suggest thrift shopping once in a while. You're sure to find some neat things. That's usually where I go for some of my craft items.

The next part of my blog is going to be heavily focused on sugar skulls. Yesterday I put a video up on the blog showing a time-lapse transformation of me turning into a living sugar skull. Today I will be showing you my ever growing Day of the Dead collection and also a quick DIY of a really cool thing I picked up at Barnes& Noble the other day.

On the left is the most authentic of them all (straight from Mexico). The black skull is something I made and decorated (everyone thinks it's super creepy). On the right is a character from the movie The Book of Life which I thought was a really cute and very well-made movie (go see it!). The tall little dude is something I couldn't leave behind at the store (he was practically begging to come home with me). And finally there is the giant doll that I found at the Christmas Tree store. I'm quite fond of it because when I was considering buying it, I got into a conversation with a woman and we talked for almost a half hour about life and work and by the end we convinced each other to buy the dolls and promised to think of each other when we had it out (of course I never put it away).

Lastly is this DIY Sugar Skull Kit. This was the kind of item they had at the cash register to get people to buy impulsively, and it so worked on me.

What I particularly like about this is that it comes with this nice little booklet that has the history of Dia de los Muertos and the origins of the sugar skull.

So here I begin my own journey to create my own sugar skull.
Fun Fact from the Book: They aren't just called sugar skulls for fun, authentic ones are actually made from sugar because that was an abundant resource in Mexico and it was a great inexpensive material for artists.

What I really liked about this paint is that it dried super quickly which made it easy to do things like borders around the eyes without worrying about mixing paint.

And here we have the finished product. If you can't tell, I based my design heavily off of what the box looked like.

Last step is to use the ribbon they give you and turn it into an ornament. I decided to use it as a really awesome and unique door knocker for my bedroom.

I really hope you found this interesting and are inspired to decorate your house or bedroom with some unique and maybe handmade things this Halloweek!

Turning Into A Sugar Skull

Anyone who knows me or has read any of my Halloween blogs knows that I have a year-round obsession for Day of the Dead's sugar skulls. I like them so much that I decided to turn my self into one and create a fun time-lapse video of my process from start to finish.

Unless you have the speed of a Twilight vampire, I wouldn't suggest following along with the video if you yourself would also like to turn yourself into a sugar skull.

These are all the products that I used:

Arbonne Liquid Foundation in Alabaster (the lightest shade they make)
Revlon ColorStay Liquid Liner
Wet&Wild Natural Blend Powder (use the lightest shade)
Wet&Wild FantasyMarker Black Crayon
Some really old black eye shadow that is virtually unidentifiable
And a very cheap, very dirty blush brush

For a little extra fun, try pausing the video at random parts and see if you catch goofy faces that I make. (Also try to find the part where I oh-so gracefully smear the black paint across my cheeks on accident.) Bonus points to anyone that can find the best screenshot and tag me in it.

Enjoy! And be sure to come back every day until the 31st for more Halloween related posts!

Halloween: Origins

Last week whilst helping my boyfriend do his homework, I came across the term samhain that was also in Halloween II (1981). Samhain (pronounced sah-ween) is brought up in a couple of the Halloween movies and I was thrilled that it was what I was going to be helping him learn. Samhain is a Celtic holiday that is what Halloween as we know it is rooted from. So naturally, Halloween being my favorite holiday, I was more than eager to do the entire project for my boyfriend. So now I am happy to share with you some really cool things that I learned about how we got our holiday of costumes and candy from a very ancient ritual.

  • First things first! There is a reputation for the origin of Halloween being a grotesque, pagan ritual but it's actually quite exaggerated. Samhain is a Celtic festival that was taken down and altered by Catholicism when the Romans took over. The Romans hated the Celtics very much at this time so most of the history we heard about pagans is all passed down by Romans who portrayed them as savage beasts who summoned satanic demons.

  • There indeed was animal sacrifice and huge gatherings around a bonfire with the skulls and skins of animals as costumes of sorts. I like to think of these sacrificial killings not too different from Ancient Greek sacrifices to the gods. The bonfires were a place to tell each others fortunes and the costumes were to ward off bad spirits.

  • It was the Fire Festival and a celebration of the end of summer where they would have great harvests and prepare for the coming winter. It was believed that October 31st was the day the barriers between the living and the dead broke and spirits were free to roam the land and wreak havoc on the harvest.

  • When the Romans did force their Catholicism upon the Celtic culture, they created All Saint's Day as a way to cover up the pagan ritual and make it more church friendly. Instead of celebrating the harvest, it became a time to commemorated saints and martyrs. Cultures adopted versions of this and so came holidays like the Day of the Dead, All Soul's Day, All Hallows Eve, and of course our Halloween.

Although I fully support those who don't like Halloween, I still encourage everyone do go explore further the Celtic tradition of Samhain. It think it is so cool to read about it. It seems so perfectly spooky; everyone is surrounding this huge fire dressed in carcasses and hoping that the pleasant ghosts are in their company and knowing that the evil spirits walk the earth. History is truly fascinating!

And so wraps up day two of Halloweek. Be sure to come back every day until the 31st for a new Halloween (or in today's case Samhain) related post!

THIS IS SO FUN!

Homemade Halloween Cards

Halloween usually isn't the kind of holiday that you send cards out to people, but I have a real passion for sending them to people unexpectedly. I once sent anonymous homemade valentine's day cards to a bunch of people and over a year after I did that, I went to visit one of my favorite teachers and she had saved the card and the envelope that I had sent her. It was so sweet when I told her it was me and she showed me she had kept it on her board all this time.

This Halloween I urge everyone to send a heartfelt card to people you love or people who you think need some cheering. This one is going to my Grandma (PSA: Everyone go call your grandparents after you read this blog! They miss you).

All you really need for this little project is:
1. Construction paper
2. Craft glue
3. Scissors
4. Pencils
5. Sharpie Markers

Get creative with the font. I'm no good at handwriting, but a good unique block font is easiest.

Borders make things look fancier, so google some really beautiful borders and see what you can copy. Make sure when you use a sharpie, you open up the card in case it bleeds through.

The inside is best for little characters. Ghosts, bats, pumpkins, vampires, spiders, cobwebs, etc. The list goes on and on.

Get funky with the little dudes.
This is where craft glue comes in handy. Regular glue makes paper wavy from the moisture, so to get a clean result, invest in some good glue.

If you have any good Halloween jokes... please email me because obviously I'm hopeless.

And so Day One of Halloweek has officially kicked off the count down to Halloween! Come back everyday until the 31st for more Halloween related blogs!

I'M SO EXCITED!

It Only Gets Crazier

So about a month ago, I decided that I needed to do something weird. Every so often, I get the urge to change something. These urges have led me to get piercings, tattoos, and haircuts. I could serve as a cautionary tale, but I have to admit I'm pretty pleased with my choices. I have a pact with myself that I will not regret decisions that are trivial and don't effect other people.

There has been a surge of popularity of the undercut hair style made most famous recently by Skrillex. About a year ago, I almost decided to shave half of my hair because I was certain I would look magnificent. But as a person who is constantly on the verge of doing radical things with my appearance, I get pressured by my family to stay normal and not go completely over to the Lady Gaga side of strange (believe me, if I wasn't an average college student, I would be the weirdest looking person on the face of the planet and loving every second of it).

Back to a month ago, I sat in my room for hours looking at this picture:

I parted the section of hair to shave, then I put my hair back down, then I took a shower and paced in my room until I was ready to try again.

When I was finally brave enough to actually pick up scissors, I was watching Ellen DeGeneres (totally irrelevant to the outcome, but I'll always remember that I was watching her). Part of my brain was thinking that me holding up the scissors to my scalp was a joke, but when I finally snipped the hair away, I starred at the mirror and was mildly horrified by the fact that I had a six-inch chunk of hair in my hands, but exhilarated by the fact that I got to keep cutting.

Here is what it looks like now (I buzz it every few weeks):

Now here's why this blog exists; I think shaving a strip of hair off my head makes the top ten of my Craziest Things I've Done list (which maybe makes me really tame or boring). But I am fully aware that life is going to get way crazier than hacking off hunks of hair (alliteration, woo!). And just like the moment after I closed the scissors, I am both horrified and exhilarated by the fact that I get to keep experiencing life and all the weirdness it has to offer self-inflicted or otherwise.

Dealing with Anxiety

As a naturally anxious person since a very young age, I have a fair amount of panic attacks under my belt. If you also suffer from anxiety you'll know that it can suck a lot. If you don't know how bad it can suck, you should know that anxiety can lead to stress dreams that can lead to wetting the bed; which I totally don't know from experience...
This post is mostly centered on some methods that I use to help keep an attack at bay or to sometimes stop one in its tracks. Now, I am not trained medically, so feel free to disagree with these methods but I have found that they really work for me. I went from not being able to go an hour without having a panic attack and constantly feeling on the edge of one to being able to sense when I might have one and stop it.
1)      Breathe. This is the most obvious method, but I do it a little differently. People tell you to practice yoga breathing, but I find that that sometimes makes me feel more anxious because it lets me think even more. I breathe in and out alongside a song that I sing in my head. It cuts the focus off of the attack and can distract your mind. You’ll find in this list I do things that require both physical and mental distractions because they work the best for me.
2)      Draw/ Color. This may be the most juvenile thing, but it is so effective for me. It could just be that I like being artistic and it may not work for people who don’t like art. But if you think it will help, I usually prefer to copy henna designs. I just pick a picture from online and I trace the lines and color in the gaps. Henna has a lot of repetitive and complex lines that distract from panic.
3)      Use your hands. This method is usually best for when you know the panic attack will probably be mild and controllable. I tap each finger one after the other on my thumb and count in my head up from one to four for each finger. And I do that until I have calmed down.
4)      Eye contact. This one is a little weird and might freak out the opposing party in the scenario, but I think it might be the best. I was on a flight one night and I just couldn’t shake my anxiety. I absolutely hate flying. I decided to take a walk down the aisle and I found out on accident that making eye contact with strangers calms me right down. It is something about being in the moment. Nothing makes you feel more present than having a strange moment with a person you’ll probably never see again. Just to look at them without knowing anything about them and think that maybe you’re on the same page. Maybe you’re both going through the same thing. It’s soothing.
5)      Panic Objects. When my anxiety was at its worse, about five years ago, my dear family friend came to my house after a very bad attack. He gave me a seashell and told me that, during an attack, I should close my eyes and put it up to my ear and visualize myself somewhere peaceful. It is a particularly good method for people who have strong imaginations. I do not go anywhere without my seashell.
6)      Chat with yourself. I usually use this method when I am alone and I think the attack is going to be a doozy. Out loud I tell myself that I am having a panic attack and I tell myself why it is happening. Usually I can get myself to realize how silly it is. Chatting to yourself lets your rational mind react and hopefully take over to stop the attack.

7)      Let it happen. Sometimes the best thing for an anxiety attack if none of these methods work is to just let it happen. Let it run its course but keep telling yourself it will end soon. They don’t last very long, and they won’t kill you, so if you can’t stop it just let it happen.

My Weird Judgment

I am not the kind of person who lets physical appearance effect my final decision about someone, but there is one body part I will judge the crap out of you. Hands. Sure faces can be pretty and what not, but hands are the most telling part of a human being. How you use your hands says not only a lot about how you’re feeling but about what kind of person you are.  If you’re the kind of person who usually crosses your arms and tucks your hands in your pockets, maybe you’re more reserved around new people.  If you’re like me and always have their hands visible and moving when talking to people, you’re probably Italian (half kidding).
If I am bored in class, I will watch people’s hands and try to figure out what they’re like.  There’s this one person in particular that is in many of my classes and I watched them peel a sticker off a folder and meticulously fold it. Their hands are always doing something productive. They never doodle with their pens. It’s either notes or memos. And when that person speaks, they always have precise answers to questions. I have, in my totally scientific way of being creepy, proven this method of judgment to be fairly effective.
As I’ve developed this theory, it made me more aware of my hands and I’ve observed moments where I feel uncomfortable and I realize that I’m picking at my thumbs, or times when I feel really good and my hands are open at my sides. One particular moment that I was obsessing over my hands was while watching the video of me singing “Gravity” and there’s a part in the bridge where I belt at the very top of my range and I remember being horribly nervous. While I got into the note I realized I wasn’t going to crack, and that I was hitting it pretty darn well. If you go back and watch the video my right hand goes from clenched and tiny but while I hold the note, my fingers slowly spread wide open. I must have watched that single moment ten times because I was so excited that my hand-watching habit was paying off.

And on that note I shall leave you all to go watch people’s hands and see what you can read about them.

Speechless by Lady Gaga Cover

Lady Gaga wrote this song for her dad when he refused to quit smoking, so I dedicate this cover to someone very close to me who has caved to the addiction. Don't let cigarettes control you. You know who you are. I love you very much and wish for you to always be healthy.
